• The Business Model Canvas, is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model
  • Used in a workshop to share the vision of business strategy to the team 

I came across this tweet the other day which led me to the website of  Adam Weisbart and a somewhat humours video Sh*t bad Scrum Masters say. Seeding the topic the group discussed the following anti-patterns:
