Sh*t bad scrum masters say

I came across this tweet the other day which led me to the website of  Adam Weisbart and a somewhat humours video Sh*t bad Scrum Masters say. Seeding the topic the group discussed the following anti-patterns:

  • Anti-pattern
    • Are they effective? Are they just another monotonous meeting that provides no value to attendees, just a bunch of individuals talking about their own stuff, no one sharing, no one caring.
    • You need more WIP
    • I’ll estimate for the team
    • We’ll automate the test at the end
